The “Ash” Skybox is a cozy converted attic apartment featuring ample natural light, wide plank hardwood floors, beautiful spacious rooms, a balcony perfect for relaxing, sloped ceilings adorned with big windows, and wooden beams adding a little rustic touch to an otherwise contemporary space.

The layout consists of an entry, open space living room/dining room/kitchen area, each with its own architecturally designated place, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with slate tile flooring.

An Interior Details HUD is included with this skybox which allows you to customize the door hardware, hardwood floors, wooden beams, wooden window sills, ceiling beams, bookcases, and environment surrounds.

Full and half texture resolution versions of the skybox are available within the package, with the latter being designed to prevent lag and/or texture thrashing on lower spec systems. Additionally, versions with and without an environment surround are included.
